Don't be afraid
Did you know?
- The way you received an information determines your response to it.
- Fear is false expectations appearing real
- Fear is projecting your faith in the wrong direction.
- Fear is a thief of time and destiny
- Fear is one of the barriers to success.
- Fear is a killer.
- For God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love, and self-discipline. (2 Timothy 1:7 NLT).
Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand. Isaiah 41:10 NLT Are you fearful? Bring your fear to Jesus in exchange for His peace that the world can not give.
Have you failed in the past and you're afraid you will fail again?
1. Give your life to Jesus if you haven't done so already. 2. Know the will of God for your life. How? Enquiry -ask God 3. Prayerfully face your fears 4. Declare the word of God 5. Look at your foundation 6. Why did you fail in the past? 7. Learn from your past mistakes and don't repeat them 8. Learn from successful people who are currently doing what you want to do. 9. Seek godly counsel 10. Above all, seek to know God more and commit your ways into His hands. Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. Seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take. Don’t be impressed with your own wisdom. Instead, fear the Lord and turn away from evil. Then you will have healing for your body and strength for your bones. Proverbs 3:5-8 NLTPrayer
Important Information
Giving your life to Jesus does not mean you will not experience challenges in life. Infact, you may be persecuted because of your faith in Jesus. You may experience pain, temptations, trials, disasters, loss and so on. In the event that any of these things happen to you, know assuredly that He is with you. The difference between you and an unbeliever is God's promises - His presence and the ultimate reward which is eternity with Him in heaven.
"When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; And through the rivers, they will not overwhelm you. When you walk through fire, you will not be scorched, Nor will the flame burn you."
Isaiah 43:2 AMP
"Blessed [gratefully praised and adored] be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and the God of all comfort, who comforts and encourages us in every trouble so that we will be able to comfort and encourage those who are in any kind of trouble, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God."
2 Corinthians 1:3-4 AMP
If you continue to be in good standing with God; when you die, you will go to heaven.
“Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven."
Matthew 7:21 AMP
