Dead Battery
We had extreme cold temperatures (-40 to -50) in February 2021. Some vehicles won't start in temperature of -20 degree celsius and below. You might have to pay to have your car jump started if you don't know how to do it or if you don't have the tools. On the other hand you might need to replace the battery - which is even more expensive.
A vehicle with a dead battery can't be operated. Why?
1. A battery stores chemical material for conversion to electrical energy.
2. A battery starts up the ignition system of your vehicle.
3. A battery keeps the energy system of your vehicle sustainable.
4. A battery transfers initial currents of energy over to an alternate performance system of your vehicle (an alternator).
5. A battery receives and gets a regulation update from a measuring system to keep enough ‘charge’ for the next ‘startup’ session (a regulator for voltage).

As the battery is an essential part of a vehicle, so is the Holy Spirit of God important in our lives. Anyone that doesn't have the Holy Spirit can't understand the things of the spirit nor connect to God. God is a Spirit, the spirit of man must connect to the Spirit of God in fellowship. Jesus says "God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.”
John 4:24 NKJV
Moreover, anyone who doesn't have the Holy Spirit is like a dead battery. A dead battery can't perform its functions - can't generate electrical current nor start a car.

It's worth knowing that if you don't have a relationship with God you can't have His Spirit nor enjoy His works. You stand to gain a lot when you have the Holy Spirit. You will enjoy the services listed above and even more.
How can I have a relationship with God?
1.Confess your sins to God. Romans 3:10, 23; 5:12
2.Ask that the blood of Jesus will cleanse you from all your sins. Hebrew 9:22, 1John 1:7-9.
3.Ask Jesus to come and reign in your life.
4.Forgive yourself and move on.
Therefore if anyone is in Christ [that is, grafted in, joined to Him by faith in Him as Savior], he is a new creature [reborn and renewed by the Holy Spirit]; the old things [the previous moral and spiritual condition] have passed away. Behold, new things have come [because spiritual awakening brings a new life].

5.Read your Bible and pray everyday.
6.Pray that God will lead you to a Bible believing church and fellowship with them.
Prayer
Lord Jesus, I come to you today; save me and I shall be saved. Heal me and I shall be healed. Forgive me of all my sins (confess them). Have mercy on me. Come and be the Lord over my spirit, soul and body. Help me not to go back to my old way of life - give me a new beginning. I am yours Lord! In Jesus name I pray. Amen
Once you have given your life to Jesus Christ, then you can ask for the Holy Spirit.
For everyone who keeps on asking [persistently], receives; and he who keeps on seeking [persistently], finds; and to him who keeps on knocking [persistently], the door will be opened. What father among you, if his son asks for a fish, will give him a snake instead of a fish? Or if he asks for an egg, will give him a scorpion? If you, then, being evil [that is, sinful by nature], know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask and continue to ask Him!”
